Key Responsibilities

•Content Creation: Develop high-quality, accurate, and engaging content for both developer and admin/end-user audiences, including documentation, tutorials, guides, code samples, API references, and in-app assistance.
•Research and Understanding: Dig deep into complex technical subjects to gain a thorough understanding of the products, technologies, and tools within our Commerce Cloud platform.
•Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, engineers, UX designers, and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of content.
•Content Strategy: Contribute to content strategy development and execution, ensuring alignment with the needs of both developer and admin audiences and the overall goals of the Commerce Cloud platform.
•User Experience: Continuously improve the user experience by providing clear, concise instructions, organizing content effectively, and incorporating user feedback to enhance accessibility and usability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 113,500 annually

•5+ years of technical writing experience.
•A related technical degree is required.
•Ability to write clean, concise content for technical and non-technical audiences.
•Proven ability to conduct in-depth research and synthesize complex information into understandable content.
•Proven experience with AI-based tooling to automate and enhance content creation (Cursor and Claude) and knowledge of software development concepts, APIs, SDKs, and web technologies.
