Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and optimize cloud and data infrastructure to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability using SRE practices like monitoring, alerting, error budgets, and fault analysis.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create secure, scalable solutions and improve operational efficiency through automation.
  • •Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analyses, and drive continuous improvement through postmortems and proactive performance optimization.
  • •Lead the architectural vision and shape the team’s technical strategy and roadmap, balancing near-term needs with long-term goals.
  • •Mentor and serve as a technical leader, guiding teams and engaging customers/stakeholders to translate feedback into actionable insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with 8-14+ years of related experience.
  • •Extensive practical experience with Linux, public cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, networking, security, systems administration, software development, and CI/CD.
  • •Hands-on experience in cloud, preferably AWS, with the ability to design and implement scalable, well-tested solutions.
  • •Strong Infrastructure as Code skills, ideally with Terraform and EKS or Kubernetes.
  • •Experience with observability tools including Splunk, Prometheus (Alertmanager), Grafana, Thanos, CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry, and the ELK stack.
