Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate across disciplines to test hypotheses and make a difference to customers.
  • •Build and support a particular part of Monzo in a squad with product managers, marketers, user researchers, designers, mobile and web engineers, data analysts, and more.
  • •Contribute to a product backend with a focus on distributed systems and resilient software.
  • •Engage in a standard interview process and participate in system design discussions to align with business needs.
  • •Learn and apply new technologies and contribute to open source software as appropriate.
