Build customer-first relationships and guide shoppers to the right used vehicle at CarMax. As a Sales Consultant Trainee, you’ll learn through paid training and mentorship, assist customers with inventory discovery, and support the full journey including appraisals, test drives, and financing applications. You’ll deliver an exceptional, transparent experience through active listening, accurate documentation, and teamwork—while following EH&S requirements and maintaining a clean, orderly workspace.
