Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership by partnering with Cloud Operations Engineering Management on feedback, coaching, and creating an inclusive team environment.
  • •Guide execution and delivery of project deliverables to ensure high-quality outcomes and support timeline adjustments when needed.
  • •Assist with daily operations including incident handling, system monitoring, and reviewing critical event and system logs.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional work with Product, Technical Services, and R&D to surface pain points and align on an excellent end-customer experience.
  • •Support scoping, designing, deploying, and maintaining systems to reduce mean time to resolve customer incidents, including weekly on-call rotation coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong leadership with hands-on experience in similar roles within small to mid-sized Engineering teams in a rapid-growth environment.
  • •Diagnostic/troubleshooting skills with end-to-end production issue troubleshooting experience.
  • •Experience supervising, leading, and monitoring progress of software development projects.
  • •Experience being an on-call DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Operations engineer.
  • •Expertise with Linux system administration and networking technologies.
