Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and architect scalable, performant applications, systems, and infrastructure for large projects leveraging MongoDB.
  • •Advise customers on architecture patterns and MongoDB optimization strategies while communicating business value to stakeholders.
  • •Partner with sales on account success via account planning, technical discovery, demos, proof of value, and pipeline/documentation strategy.
  • •Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives and participation in events such as trade shows and account-based marketing.
  • •Foster customer relationships, build champions, ensure customer success, and continuously improve solutions and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •8–11 years of related experience in a customer-facing role, including at least 3 years of pre-sales experience with enterprise software.
  • •3+ years of experience with modern scripting languages (Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or programming languages (C/C++, Java, C#) professionally.
  • •Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems across cloud and on-prem environments.
  • •Ability to review complex architectures of existing applications and provide guidance for improvement using technology.
  • •Business-level fluency in English and Thai, with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
