•Champion a customer-centric onboarding experience with intuitive design to drive user engagement and activation.
•Collaborate with UX/UI, engineering, compliance, and data teams to deliver high-quality onboarding features and enhancements.
•Communicate priorities and progress to senior stakeholders and act as the primary point of contact for onboarding initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Undergrad degree in business, tech or related field; minimum 5 years experience
•Experience in banking/financial industry with focus on customer acquisition, strategy, design, implementation is preferred
•Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
•Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage agile product delivery
•Experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for onboarding or similar customer journeys
