Director - Rates & Regulatory

Lead a team to develop rate and tariff strategies for the interstate pipeline system, designing solutions that meet customer needs while supporting business objectives. Oversee regulatory rate case work, including modeling rate base and cost of services, building assumptions for budgeting/forecasting, and integrating regulatory strategy with business and financial planning. Manage compliance requirements by leading FERC and regulatory agency data requests and end-to-end FERC certificate filings.
