Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver technical, operational and induction training programs.
  • •Develop and maintain training materials, learning resources, and competency-based assessment tools.
  • •Conduct practical assessments and maintain accurate training records.
  • •Support new and transferred employees through training, guidance and on-the-job training partnership.
  • •Coordinate training schedules and logistics, monitor progress, provide coaching and feedback, and recommend improvements to training effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •Deliver training, coaching or competency-based assessments in an operational or mining environment.
  • •Experience in mining operations or a similar operational environment.
  • •Strong facilitation and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences and adapt delivery to learning needs.
  • •Ability to build effective working relationships and influence stakeholders across business levels.
  • •C Class Drivers Licence and TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV Training and Assessment.
