Construction Project Manager

Plan and supervise construction projects end-to-end, coordinating with engineers, architects, and specialty consultants to confirm scope and feasibility. Negotiate vendor contracts, manage budgets and resources, and schedule project phases to meet deadlines. Oversee logistics, hire and supervise licensed contractors and site labor, conduct field inspections, and prepare progress and risk reports. Ensure permits, licenses, and health & safety standards are maintained, with 40–50% travel for onsite supervision.
