Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver world-class interior design solutions across multiple hospitality projects simultaneously, leading the creative process from concept to delivery.
  • •Develop and present design concepts, including test fits, spatial planning, and 3D models, and coordinate design intent with technical documentation.
  • •Review detailed drawing packages, finishes, and FF&E specifications while liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
  • •Oversee project delivery against programmes, budgets, scope, and commercial requirements; identify and mitigate risks and provide status reporting to leadership.
  • •Lead and mentor junior team members, support resource planning and scheduling, and foster a collaborative studio culture.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of professional experience in interior design or interior architecture, with significant hospitality and F&B experience.
  • •A strong portfolio showing exceptional work across restaurants, food halls, bars, and other hospitality/commercial environments through RIBA stages 1-6.
  • •Proven ability to develop narrative-driven, design-led concepts and guest experiences across varying project scales and geographies.
  • •Strong creative leadership with hands-on technical and construction expertise throughout concept, development, documentation, and delivery.
  • •A bachelor’s degree in interior design, interior architecture, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional qualification).
