Key Responsibilities

•Set the technical direction for the biller-workflow platform and drive adoption across the RCM engineering org.
•Establish standards and patterns for a large multi-team frontend, including component/design-system conventions, API contracts, testing, and observability.
•Lead hardest cross-cutting problems end to end, including data-dense table performance, idempotent queue-backed bulk operations, unified claim timelines, and embedding AI where it reduces friction.
•Ensure engineering excellence across teams via architecture reviews, deep code review, and mentorship.
•Own reliability and performance in production for the workflows, partnering with product, design, and billing operations to turn billing complexity into software.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 210,000 - 275,000 annually

•8+ years building large-scale full-stack applications while setting technical direction across multiple teams.
•Org-wide frontend leadership, including adoption of a design system or shared component architecture across a large organization.
•Strong API and data-layer design skills, including REST endpoint conventions and query optimization for large datasets.
•Experience leading multi-month, multi-team initiatives such as migrations or platform rebuilds shipped incrementally without breaking users.
•Deep expertise in TypeScript/React, Python, and PostgreSQL, with strong debugging and observability instincts.
