Key Responsibilities

  • •Set the technical direction for the biller-workflow platform and drive adoption across the RCM engineering org.
  • •Establish standards and patterns for a large multi-team frontend, including component/design-system conventions, API contracts, testing, and observability.
  • •Lead hardest cross-cutting problems end to end, including data-dense table performance, idempotent queue-backed bulk operations, unified claim timelines, and embedding AI where it reduces friction.
  • •Ensure engineering excellence across teams via architecture reviews, deep code review, and mentorship.
  • •Own reliability and performance in production for the workflows, partnering with product, design, and billing operations to turn billing complexity into software.
