Customer Service Executive (GM-External Warehouse Stores)

Handle customer inquiries and product questions while supporting order processing at external warehouse outlets. You’ll receive, inspect, and store products safely, maintain accurate stock records, and perform regular inventory checks. Process sales transactions and manage cash register records, coordinate with warehouses for timely replenishment, and keep stores clean and well stocked. Resolve complaints professionally and ensure compliance with company policies, Good Warehouse Practices (GWP), and HSE standards.
