Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the cyber team handling mergers and acquisitions by analyzing acquisition security risks and requirements.
  • •Develop strategic and tactical security solutions, including risk-based mitigations and guidance on remediations across security domains.
  • •Troubleshoot and provide hands-on support, including integration support across business lines and deployment of security tools and software.
  • •Assist in developing security indicator metrics and provide internal awareness and consulting on security initiatives and threats.
  • •Support acquisition due diligence and integration activities, including discovery, vulnerability remediation, and tactical implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of security experience across multiple domains, with broad knowledge of security best practices.
  • •Conceptual understanding of programming languages, OWASP, application code scanning, and security best practices.
  • •Practical knowledge of pen testing and security vulnerability concepts, including detection, reporting, communication, and remediation.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot technical security issues within Linux and Windows systems and write technical documentation.
  • •Working knowledge of IAM, including Active Directory and authentication/authorization best practices, plus DLP and data protection tools and practices.
