Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end prototype builds with Hardware, Manufacturing, and Test teams to mature designs and manufacturing processes into field-trial-ready units.
  • •Influence product design by driving DFx (DFM, DFT, DFQ, DFR) through active reviews of schematics and layouts.
  • •Lead systems debug work by performing complex root-cause analysis and system repairs.
  • •Partner cross-functionally with internal engineering and platform design teams to improve execution quality.
  • •Mentor contract manufacturing (CM) partners to uphold production and quality standards.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •A BSEE degree is required; an MSEE is strongly desired, with a solid foundation in electrical engineering.
  • •5+ years of experience in Hardware, NPI, Sustaining and/or Test Engineering in networking/AI/GPU/computing industries.
  • •Expertise in system-level debugging, root cause analysis, and lab equipment use (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers).
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing standards (IPC, JEDEC) and experience with complex Fab structures (VIPPO, backdrill) and electro/mechanical systems.
  • •Passport readiness and ability to travel to contract manufacturing (CM) sites within Asia.
