Job Summary

Join the Payments Operations Investigation group to process payment investigation queries (e.g., return of funds, amendments, BCNR, OFAC, FATF) and manage both outward and inward payments. You will respond to queries within SLA, coordinate with other banks and internal teams, analyze recurring queries, and drive process improvements to reduce future cases, enabling timely case closures.

Key Responsibilities

•Process investigation-related queries (e.g., return of funds, unable to apply, amendments, BCNR, recall of funds, OFAC, FATF).
•Maintain working knowledge of payment processing both outward and inward and ensure queries are resolved per SLA.
•Prioritize sensitive messages and coordinate with banks, operations, business lines, and customer service to facilitate case closures.
•Analyze recurrent queries and collaborate with the Associate Manager to suggest process improvements to reduce repetitive queries.
•Manage investigations based on agreed matrices with the business.

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of payment processing (outward and inward) and investigation of payment-related queries.
•Ability to respond to queries within SLA and coordinate with banks, operations, business lines and customer service desks to close cases.
•Experience in prioritizing sensitive messages and ensuring timely case closures.
•Ability to analyze recurring queries and work with management to suggest process improvements.
•Manage investigations based on established matrices with the business.
