•Define the platform vision and roadmap for the document processing platform, balancing platform maturity with new functionality across owning and consuming teams.
•Partner with platform engineers to translate requirements into actionable specifications for OCR pipelines, indexing technologies, and vector storage.
•Drive document infrastructure improvements with backend engineering, infrastructure teams, and data science to align document management with the broader platform.
•Own adoption and migration strategies for platform capabilities, influencing teams to adopt shared solutions that meet product needs.
•Monitor performance, latency, cost-to-serve, and AI outcomes (accuracy, throughput, search recall) to optimize platform investments and outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software product management experience in SaaS, with a proven track record of responsibility for technically complex products or platforms.
•Strong technical fluency to engage with engineers on document processing pipelines, full-text and vector search, and content extraction, with a focus on data-heavy AI features at scale.
•Experience delivering platform or shared-service products in a multi-team environment and building consensus across cross-functional groups.
•Analytical mindset with ability to define and track outcomes (adoption, accuracy, user confidence) and assess where investments create leverage.
•Proven execution skills in Agile/Lean delivery, including technical experimentation, iteration, and system enhancements.
