Key Responsibilities

•Develop and iterate on the learning management system to deliver outcomes with a seamless UX, adaptive learning, and engagement features
•Lead the integration of generative AI to enhance job-seeking processes, resume generation, and interview training
•Design and maintain platforms for instructors, TAs, coaches, and operations to optimize student success
•Build and maintain scalable content management systems to create and update curricula quickly
•Develop reliable data pipelines and enable data-driven decision making across business, learning, and operations teams
