Key Responsibilities

  • •Build AI agents and automation workflows that reduce manual effort across data preparation, reconciliations, reporting, validations, employee communications, and workflow tracking.
  • •Analyze Stock Administration workflows to identify manual effort, friction points, data-quality risks, and opportunities to standardize and scale.
  • •Develop, test, and implement improvements to make recurring equity-plan activities more efficient, accurate, controlled, and employee-friendly.
  • •Create dashboards, metrics, and operational reporting to monitor activity, measure improvements, and prioritize enhancements.
  • •Partner with Legal, Tax, Financial Reporting, Payroll, and HR to understand data needs and improve delivery and reliability of stock-plan information.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 84,000 - 166,750 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •2+ years of experience.
  • •Programming experience in Python or a similar language, including writing scripts to process, clean, transform, and validate data.
  • •Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, or agent frameworks, and curiosity about applying them to operational problems.
  • •Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills with large datasets (formulas, lookups, pivots, reconciliation) and strong communication and collaboration.
