(MEP/CSA) Assistant Cost Manager (Advance Manufacturing)

Support cost management for advanced manufacturing and high-tech facility projects covering both MEP and CSA scopes. Assist with cost planning and estimating, quantity take-offs, benchmarking, procurement and tender documentation, and post-contract activities such as variations, contractor claims, and final account preparation. Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial updates, and coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors to maintain accurate commercial documentation, controls, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
