Job Summary

Support private bankers in servicing High Net Worth (HNW) clients by handling operational client requests and credit documentation, preparing client reports, and coordinating with internal teams to meet SLAs. Help manage day-to-day portfolios for existing and potential clients to meet financial targets through cross-selling and increasing wallet share. Ensure compliance with AML/CTF, sanctions, conduct risk, and operational risk frameworks while maintaining confidentiality and accurate client information.

Key Responsibilities

•Support private bankers by handling private banking client servicing operations, acting as main contact and secondary account officer during coverage and absences.
•Coordinate client-related activities including periodic account sweeps for rebalancing, preparing credit requests and related documentation, and generating client reports.
•Liaise with internal operations and other departments to follow up and resolve client requests (e.g., credit cards, transfers, deposits, and account opening).
•Assist with advisory and facilities processes by reviewing client documentation, performing loan/O/D facility technical review, and preparing agreements and account reviews/renewals.
•Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and conduct/operational risk requirements (including AML & CTF, sanctions, data protection, fraud control, whistleblowing, and insider dealing) and maintain confidentiality.

Key Requirements

•University graduate with at least 6 years’ experience in financial services specializing in managing accounts/relationships with HNW customers.
•At least 3 years’ experience in the local environment with knowledge of market structure, industry practices, and regulations for private banking.
•Completion of CISI Foundation Courses (or equivalent), including Introduction to Securities and Investments.
•Certification in Finance, Risk & Decision making.
•Financial lending-related courses.
