Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform PMCS on non-IT DRTS equipment and assist Tech III with repairs.
  • •Operate workstations used for range target and instrumentation, including AAR.
  • •Follow standard operating/corrective procedures based on computer output instructions or error conditions, escalating for further troubleshooting.
  • •Install/deinstall player units on military vehicles and DRTS equipment, and construct/install target frames; repair and replenish damaged targets.
  • •Reestablish and monitor communications between player units and DRTS systems, manage work orders in MIS, and conduct inspection/inventory of assigned equipment before and after training events.
