Key Responsibilities

  • •Rotate between Sales and Trading desks to learn how they work together to help clients succeed.
  • •Analyze market trends and data, contribute to reports, and support client pitches.
  • •Maintain trading and sales performance records while working around market hours.
  • •Support client portfolios and learn key asset classes including foreign exchange, emerging market rates, commodities, global debt markets, equities, and securities financing.

Key Requirements

  • •Available to work full time for 8 weeks commencing July 2027.
  • •Achieved or expects a minimum GPA of 4.0/5.0 (or 3.2/4.0 overseas equivalent).

  • •Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
  • •Legally permitted to work in mainland China for the full graduate programme duration and beyond without requiring HSBC visa sponsorship.
