Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop manufacturing solutions in collaboration with product design and site manufacturing engineering using 3P/DFM and Lean principles.
  • •Create cost estimates and budgets for manufacturing projects such as new equipment, equipment modification, and facility rearrangement.
  • •Execute projects to procure and commission new manufacturing equipment and processes from scope definition through commissioning and site acceptance.
  • •Identify and evaluate new manufacturing technologies, including robotics/automation, metal joining, sheet metal fabrication, assembly, and packaging.
  • •Develop long-range facility plans based on business forecasts and provide technical expertise to resolve manufacturing process and product design problems.
