Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic programs aligned to Global Assembly & Test objectives.
  • •Drive delivery of IPP goals and performance priorities across Cost, Scale, Quality, Cycle Time, and People.
  • •Provide oversight and guidance for critical projects, coordinating operational sites and central teams to reach execution success.
  • •Coordinate executive-ready reporting, meetings, progress monitoring, and review of KPIs to support Senior VP decision-making.
  • •Own strategic communications and events: newsletters and multimedia content, executive presentations, and event communications/logistics including video support and deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mass communication, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •Experience/understanding of Global Assembly & Test operations (highly preferred).
  • •Excellent English speaking and writing skills, including translating complex technical content into clear messages.
  • •Experience in corporate communications or event planning/management (highly preferred).
  • •Proven project/program management ability managing multiple priorities, strong analytics/problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.
