Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead deep technical and business discovery sessions with federal stakeholders to scope agentic solution use cases and translate outcomes/ROI into executable architectures and activation plans.
  • •Build high-impact demonstrations and POCs, including configuring Agentforce to demonstrate autonomous AI agents for federal workflows and citizen services.
  • •Create end-to-end technical architectures integrating Salesforce’s Agentic Enterprise Platform with enterprise security and architecture requirements.
  • •Design and lead hands-on technical workshops and “Deep Dives” for agency IT leads and enterprise architects.
  • •Serve as technical lead for RFI and RFP responses, ensuring technical accuracy and security compliance, and drive activation via agent definition, configuration, and deployment strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years customer-facing solution/technical architecture (pre-sales, consulting, implementation) with increasing scope and influence.
  • •Degree in Computer Science required (B.S., Master's, or Ph.D.).
