•Lead breakthrough product innovations to establish competitive advantages in SME switching
•Establish innovation partnerships with key SME customers and channel partners to drive market-focused product development

Key Requirements

•Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering (PhD preferred)
•10-15 years of switching software development with proven track record of product innovation
•5+ years of experience developing products specifically for SME markets or similar customer segments
•Deep industry expertise and recognition in switching technology development with focus on market-driven innovation
•Proven track record of driving breakthrough product innovations with measurable market impact
