Key Responsibilities

  • •Schnittstellenfunktion & globale Koordination: zentrale Anlaufstelle zwischen lokalen Fachbereichen und IT; Abstimmung mit globalen Einheiten und internationalen Teams
  • •Sicherstellung der Systeme: stabiler, hochverfügbarer Betrieb der POS-Applikationen im Tagesgeschäft; Gewährleistung hoher Systemperformance
  • •Störungsanalyse: Incidents eigenständig analysieren und beheben; 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support in Abstimmung mit internen Schnittstellen und externen Partnern
  • •Applikationsentwicklung: Weiterentwicklung der POS-Systemlandschaft; Umsetzung neuer Funktionalitäten; End-to-End-Implementierung bis Go-Live
  • •Projektmitarbeit: Mitwirkung in Projekten zur Einführung neuer Anwendungen oder Systemmigrationen; strukturierter, termingerechter Ablauf

Key Requirements

  • •Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld (z. B. Informatik EFZ, Systemtechnik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation; Weiterbildung im IT-Management oder Wirtschaftsinformatik von Vorteil
  • •Erfahrung mit POS-Systemen (Kassensoftware, Hardware, Payment-Schnittstellen) ist von großem Vorteil
  • •Schnittstellen- & kulturelle Kompetenz; Fähigkeit, Anforderungen des Business in IT zu übersetzen; globales Konzernumfeld gewachsen
  • •Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise; Ruhe auch in anspruchsvollen Projekten
