Key Requirements

  • •BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related curriculum, plus 6 years of MEP construction management experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •6+ years of construction experience specifically in MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing/piping).
  • •Experience from a large general contractor.
  • •Knowledge of construction project management, including software (CMIC).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and experience with construction documentation (change orders, RFPs, RFI's).
