Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop personal clientele and represent the brand through client interactions in-store and virtually, acting as a community brand ambassador.
  • •Provide high service standards and prompt, knowledgeable assistance, including product selections and try-on support.
  • •Fulfill key-holder responsibilities (store opening/closing, cash handling, and financial responsibilities) and follow cash wrap standards.
  • •Manage client books, follow up with clients (phone calls and emails, thank-you letters), and help with shipping merchandise out-of-town.
  • •Maintain visual standards and support inventory, merchandising, and back-of-house coverage, including inventory and shipping/receiving tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of luxury retail experience with established clientele.
