Job Summary

Own corporate tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including corporate tax returns, computations, and filings, while coordinating with local advisers and finance teams to meet deadlines. Oversee regulatory reporting obligations (FATCA/CRS/CARF), manage transfer pricing documentation and benchmarking support, and lead tax automation initiatives with data and technology teams. Act as the primary contact with external advisers and tax authorities, supporting enquiries, rulings, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Own corporate tax returns, computations, and filings across multiple jurisdictions, coordinating with local advisers and finance teams to meet every deadline.
•Oversee FATCA/CRS/CARF regulatory reporting obligations, coordinating with back office and data teams to ensure filings are accurate and on time.
•Maintain transfer pricing documentation, review intragroup recharge workings, and liaise with external advisers on benchmarking and compliance.
•Act as primary contact for the external adviser panel and tax authorities, directing adviser work and leading on enquiries, rulings, and correspondence.
•Partner with accounting teams to ensure taxes are reflected in monthly management accounts and audited financial statements, while leading tax automation efforts and tracking legislative changes across jurisdictions.

Key Requirements

•Qualified tax adviser or accountant (CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with solid corporate tax experience in practice or in-house.
•Working knowledge of FATCA, CRS, and CARF, including entity classification and reporting obligations, and the ability to direct operational teams on compliance delivery.
•Experience managing direct tax across multiple jurisdictions simultaneously.
•Strong stakeholder skills, comfortable directing external advisers and engaging with tax authorities and senior internal stakeholders.
•Tech-savvy with an interest in automation and process improvement, and comfortable working with data teams and tools.
