Job Summary

Lead and scale ElevenLabs’ SDR team across Europe, shaping how pipeline is generated and new markets are opened. You’ll coach SDRs, build repeatable outbound prospecting and qualification processes, and partner with Account Executives and sales leadership on targets and metrics. Using data and sales tooling, you’ll optimize outreach quality and conversions while supporting go-to-market experimentation as the company expands customer segments and global reach.

•Lead and coach a team of SDRs with plans for continued headcount growth
