Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor a team of Document Controllers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • •Coordinate document control activities across multiple concurrent projects to manage accurate and timely information.
  • •Drive consistency in document control processes, procedures, systems, and quality standards across project teams.
  • •Delegate and prioritize workloads to support project schedules, client commitments, and business objectives.
  • •Review and monitor deliverables for accuracy and compliance; partner with engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams to resolve issues and improve execution.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of progressive Document Control or information management experience, preferably in an engineering, EPC, or EPCM environment.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate document control professionals across multiple projects.
  • •Strong understanding of document control principles, records management practices, and project information management systems.
  • •Strong knowledge of engineering and construction document workflows, including vendor, supplier, contractor, and client processes.
  • •Experience supporting engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning, turnover, or project closeout activities.
