Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and development of mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for iOS and Android.
•Build and maintain clean, modular, scalable codebases and ensure pixel-perfect UI aligned with UX/UI guidelines and design systems.
•Integrate with backend services (REST APIs, GraphQL) and mobile features including push notifications and native functionalities.
•Drive code quality through testing, CI/CD pipelines, and peer reviews; continuously monitor app performance and troubleshoot/optimize.
•Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps across locations; contribute to technical design decisions and mentor junior developers.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience) with deep expertise in Flutter/Dart and production-level mobile apps.
•Strong Flutter architecture knowledge (e.g., Bloc, Riverpod, Provider) and a portfolio demonstrating mobile app delivery.
•Experience integrating with backend systems using REST, JSON, OAuth, and GraphQL.
•Familiarity with CI/CD and version control tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Git).
•Experience with native mobile development (Swift or Kotlin) and knowledge of Firebase/mobile analytics, crash reporting, or A/B testing.
