Drive end-to-end searches from sourcing strategy through close, partner with hiring managers on scorecards and calibration, and build multi-channel pipelines using data and competitive talent analysis. You’ll proactively manage pipeline performance, flag bottlenecks early with recommendations, and sell candidates on the product, timing, and roadmap as Scribe’s AI capabilities evolve.
