Follow up on questions, resolve issues, and maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct. Handle daily office and cash-handling responsibilities, keep up with bank policies and procedures, and refer customers and complex problems to appropriate leadership or business partners while staying within the bank’s risk appetite.
