Key Responsibilities

  • •Support developing new applications or customizing existing ones for assigned systems in the retail industry.
  • •Act as Level 2 support for end users, resolving bugs/errors within agreed SLAs.
  • •Analyze end-user requirements and help design solutions that streamline processes and enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
  • •Assist in implementing new software and major updates while minimizing disruption and ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
  • •Monitor application performance, use IT data for analysis/reporting, and identify areas for improvement while maintaining patient privacy and data protection best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •BSc in IT (preferably in MIS Systems Design) or a related field.
  • •3+ years in an IT applications function, with preference for retail or related industry.
  • •Proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, or .NET.
  • •Experience with database technologies including SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL.
  • •Knowledge of SDLC phases and familiarity with ERP/CRM platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce.
