Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a caseload of participants, providing tailored coaching and support across their employment journey.
  • •Complete holistic needs assessments and develop personalised support plans aligned to individual goals and circumstances.
  • •Identify barriers to employment and connect participants with health, wellbeing, training, community, and specialist support services.
  • •Deliver one-to-one coaching, including CV support, job searching, interview preparation, and confidence-building activities.
  • •Build relationships with local employers to identify inclusive employment opportunities and support participants into suitable roles.
