Job Summary

Analyze and streamline Motorola Solutions’ recurring revenue landscape by partnering with Sales, Subscription Operations, Finance, IT, and Product. Drive aggregation and transformation of recurring revenue data from disparate ERP systems into a unified platform to improve visibility into entitlement and ARR/NRR. Build metric-focused reporting, support renewal automation and data governance, and enhance invoicing/accrual processes for Mobile Video products while assisting month-close and forecasting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate cross-functionally to investigate the recurring revenue landscape and design streamlined processes, controls, and tools for enterprise-wide application.
•Aggregate and transform recurring revenue data from disparate ERP systems into a unified platform to provide visibility to entitlement and ARR/NRR across products.
•Drive subscription renewal automation by challenging manual processes and establishing data governance to facilitate upsell.
•Develop and present metric-focused reporting for senior operational and finance leaders to inform investment decisions and reduce blind spots.
•Enhance invoicing and accrual processes for Mobile Video recurring revenue products and assist with month close for the product line.

Travel: Low travel

•Experience as a trusted business partner.
•Experience with recurring revenue business models.
