  • •Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, program iteration planning, daily standup, and iteration retrospectives.
  • •Eliminate impediments to help the team progress toward team goals and collaborate with other teams.
  • •Communicate and coordinate team activities, providing clear status reporting to management.
  • •Manage Agile KPIs (product backlog burndown, sprint burn-up, release burndown, team velocity) and capture learnings for knowledge management.
