Job Summary

Lead Agile delivery for digital solutions supporting airline operations, including maintenance optimization, technical documentation management, and ground connectivity. Serve as a servant leader to ensure the team follows strong Agile Scrum and Scaled Agile practices. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, manage Agile KPIs (backlog burndown, burn-up, release burndown, velocity), and support knowledge management and alignment with management and other teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a servant leader for the Agile team and enable strong Agile software development practices.
•Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, program iteration planning, daily standup, and iteration retrospectives.
•Eliminate impediments to help the team progress toward team goals and collaborate with other teams.
•Communicate and coordinate team activities, providing clear status reporting to management.
•Manage Agile KPIs (product backlog burndown, sprint burn-up, release burndown, team velocity) and capture learnings for knowledge management.
