Branch Manager AAGI Sales - Chiang Mai Branch (Upcountry, TH, 50300)

Lead and manage the company branch to achieve defined targets, controlling expenses within the approved budget. Supervise and coach subordinates to ensure work follows plans and company standards. Drive underwriting/marketing and account administration performance, coordinate with Head Office (including Claims), and plan marketing activities. Recruit agents, manage agent performance, expand customer relationships, and conduct regular sales and portfolio analysis to improve results.
