Job Summary

Supervise 2nd shift production to maintain high output, quality, and yields while ensuring a safe working environment. You’ll oversee daily production orders and line start-up readiness, manage staffing and ergonomics through team rotations, and ensure machinery performance and USDA inspection requirements are met. Coordinate processing operations with other supervisors, maintain accurate records for shipments, inventory coding, and reworked/returned product, and coach team members on quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment possible.
•Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders and ensure staffing before line start-up.
•Oversee team member exercises and job rotation to facilitate ergonomics.
•Ensure machinery performance standards and that workstations have passed USDA Inspection.
•Manage accurate shipments, inventory rotation/coding, records of reworked or returned product, and support continuous quality education and safety meetings.
