Provide front-line customer service by greeting customers, processing checking and savings deposits/withdrawals, and handling payments such as loan, real estate tax, money orders, and cashier’s checks. Use branch technology to complete transactions, meet sales referral goals through Retail Banking, and complete required training. Float between branches as needed and work branch hours onsite.

•Provide quality, personalized customer service, including greeting/closing, telephone etiquette, error resolutions, and written communications.
•Process checking and savings deposits/withdrawals by following policies and procedures, including endorsements and identification validation.
•Process payments and orders such as loan payments, real estate tax payments, money orders, and cashier’s checks.
•Count, prove, and package currency; balance the cash drawer and research teller differences within required timeframes.
•Meet assigned sales referral goals for Retail Banking and complete required in-house training; maintain flexibility to float and work branch hours.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.84 - 20.65 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Six months of related experience in cash handling, customer service, or office work.
•Must work onsite to perform the responsibilities of the position.
•Demonstrated strong customer service orientation focused on exceptional experiences.
•Professional, clear communication skills (verbal and written) with attention to detail.
