Security Engineer Manager, SVP – Application & Product Security

Lead Blackstone’s Application Security program by managing a team of security engineers and driving strategy, roadmap execution, and continuous improvement for application and product security. Oversee security design/code reviews, penetration testing, vulnerability disclosure and remediation, and embed secure-by-design practices across the software development lifecycle. Partner with engineering and technology teams to adopt secure development controls (SAST/SCA/secrets/CI/CD), advance software supply chain security, and measure risk reduction with KPIs and reporting.
