•Build a diverse talent pipeline and implement coaching plans to support personal and branch-wide growth
•Communicate business priorities clearly to energize and empower colleagues to execute with confidence
•Cultivate new and deepen existing community relationships to strengthen the branch's local presence

Key Requirements

•High School diploma or equivalent; leadership experience with coaching and developing to drive sales excellence in a high-volume branch environment
•4 years of sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking
•Proven track record of managing objectives to meet sales goals, deadlines and branch goals in a profit-and-loss environment
•Ability to drive an exceptional customer experience as validated by customer satisfaction surveys
•Must meet SAFE Act requirements, including background checks and obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS
