Key Responsibilities

  • •Compose and affix product labels and prepare packaging for shipment.
  • •Operate forklift, hand truck, and pallet jack to load flux components into mixer(s) and move products within the flux farm/warehouse areas.
  • •Operate ventilation/hand equipment and compressor tasks for loading/dispensing, daily blow-down, and bag house recirculation.
  • •Perform mixer loading/unloading and mixing operations according to batch sheet instructions, including dispensing product.
  • •Palletize and manage inventory; complete general warehousing tasks and report security or health/safety infractions.

Key Requirements

  • •Forklift experience required.
  • •1-3 years warehouse and/or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • •Basic mathematical skills required.
  • •Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •High school diploma or equivalent is a plus.
