Job Summary

Operate and support dry-blend manufacturing at a Clark, NJ facility producing flavors and ingredients. Key Responsibilities

•Train on first shift or off shifts and be available for weekend work as needed (shift subject to change).
•Accurately compound formulas by weight and ingredients using the correct methodology for each product or mix.
•Apply working knowledge of raw materials (including mixing/heating) to ensure quality and consistency in batches.
•Utilize inventory lot rotation (FIFO) and operate pumps, mixers, scales, fork trucks, storage units, meters, and computers.
•Follow manufacturing instructions and label batches for lab evaluation while maintaining 5S and Good Manufacturing Practices, including allergen control procedures.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6 months experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
•Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and push up to a 450 lb metal drum; able to stand for prolonged periods.

•Follow housekeeping and sanitary GMP procedures to prevent product contamination.
•HS or equivalent; experience within the flavor industry and proficiency in compounding, raw materials, and using scales/compounding equipment.
