Job Summary

Lead AMD’s AI Field Application Engineering team across EMEA, India, and Asia, supporting strategic AI and data center customers. Drive technical strategy and execution for AI opportunities, including proof of concepts and customer qualification. Partner with sales, business development, and engineering to ensure successful delivery of strategic programs, provide progress updates to senior leadership, and build a scalable, high-performing FAE organization across regions.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a team of AI Field Application Engineers supporting strategic customer engagements.
•Drive technical strategy and execution for AI opportunities, including proof of concepts and customer qualification.
•Partner with sales, business development, and engineering teams to support new and ongoing business.
•Build relationships with stakeholders across customer organizations and internal teams, aligning technical execution to business objectives.
•Monitor account execution, identify and resolve blockers, and provide regular updates to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

•Experience leading technical teams in customer-facing or engineering environments.
•Strong understanding of AI workloads, systems, and software ecosystems.
•Familiarity with data center technologies, including CPU, GPU, and cloud platforms.
•Experience collaborating with global, cross-functional teams.
•Ability to manage complex customer engagements and communicate effectively with technical and executive stakeholders.
