Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide development of end-to-end features for a lean team, balancing rapid shipping with long-term code health.
  • •Stay heavily hands-on by writing clean, production-grade code across the full-stack TypeScript ecosystem.
  • •Deploy custom agentic workflows, state machine logic, and custom RAG pipelines beyond basic implementations.
  • •Create guardrails, traceability frameworks, and quality algorithms to measure, test, and prove LLM output reliability.
  • •Set rigorous code review and testing discipline, including guidelines for responsible use of AI coding assistants.

Key Requirements
