Key Responsibilities

  • •Travel to multiple locations (Beerse, Turnhout, Retie, Herentals, Geel, Mol, etc.) to support customers at various centers.
  • •Perform advanced audiometric tests and recommend the most suitable hearing solution for customers.
  • •Apply new techniques such as remote fitting to improve patient care.
  • •Own and manage the end-to-end patient journey from intake to outcome across different sites.
  • •Collaborate with local teams and share best practices to drive continuous improvement.
